 Everything was great August 10, 2010
When I called he picked up. It got here way faster than i thought. When it got here i had questions and he helped me thru it. works perfectly. Saved a ton of cash. this was my first time buying something online and he helped me thru the process by picking up the phone and being there and getting my product to me fast. I would use again in a heart beat if needed.

Fits my TV perfectly. No problems and seems like a quality lamp. No instructions for my specific TV, so I had to look them up online.

Good quality product that popped right into my 50-inch Panasonic LCD TV without any issues; and the seller -- StoreFrontOutlet -- was very quick with the delivery on this lamp which was available at a very good price. I would definately buy from them again.

This is the third time we have had to replace this part for our Panasonic tv. The product itself - shipping, ease of use - price -all were great. However, I have the same problem I had...large circles of colors...like bubbles of green, purple, blue, etc.
Suffice it to say, we were very happy with this product - disgusted with Panasonic!

The lamp does work, but be aware that it is a no-name bulb inside the housing, not the Philips or Sylvania/Osram brand (just FYI). I understand there is a large market for these lamps coming from overseas in China, etc. Ebay is flooded with them too. It may also be rebuilt unit (new bulb put into a new or pre-existing housing). I did notice a few fingerprints and a minor scratch on the housing. There is a return postage label to send your old housing back to them for "recycling".
